Initiate a group chat

From Contacts menu

From the Contacts menu, clickclick the group's avatar and select Chat.

From a 1:1 chat

1. Open the individual chat.
2. From the more (  ) menu, select Add.
3. Add the contacts for the group chat session and select Done to initiate the group chat session.

   This will create a new group chat with the participants. The original 1:1 chat conversation will remain as it was.

   Note:

   After a group chat is started from a 1:1 chat, new participants will not be able to see the previous conversation history.
